You can permanently delete your Kelnok Matchday account and personal data at any time.
Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete account → confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
If you no longer have the app, email info@kelnok.com from your registered number/email and we will delete your account within 30 days.
Your profile (phone number, name, username, city, UPI ID and QR image, avatar), your sport profiles, device push tokens, group memberships, notifications, ratings you gave, and the authorship of your messages.
Anonymised records of past game settlements (amounts and dates, with personal identifiers removed) are retained where required for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution. These can no longer be linked back to you. Note that these are our own records of who owed what — Kelnok never held the money itself, so there is nothing for us to return.
