Kelnok has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on Kelnok Matchday. This page is our published standard on it, and it applies to every group thread, direct message, photo, voice note, and profile in the app.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexualised depiction of a minor — real, drawn, or generated.
• Grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to solicit, arrange, or normalise sexual contact with a minor.
• Trafficking a minor, or advertising a minor for any such purpose.
• Sharing a minor's contact details, location, or images with sexual intent.
You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account (or older, where the law where you live sets a higher minimum). Kelnok Matchday is not directed to children, is not designed for them, and we remove accounts we believe belong to someone under the minimum age.
In the app: long-press a message in a group thread and choose Report to admins, or open the player's profile (or the overflow menu in a direct message) and choose Report. Reports reach us with the account and the content attached.
By email: info@kelnok.com. This address is our designated point of contact for child-safety matters, including notifications from Google Play. Mark the subject line CSAE so it is picked up first.
You can also block anyone from their profile, which stops their messages and hides yours from them. Blocking is separate from reporting — please do both.
We act on every CSAE report we receive. Confirmed content is removed and the account is terminated. We preserve the evidence as the law requires and report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), or to the equivalent authority in the country the report concerns — in India, the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in. Kelnok complies with the child-safety laws that apply to it.
Contact your local emergency services first. In India you can also call Childline on 1098. Report it to us as well so we can remove the account, but do not wait for us.
