By using Kelnok Matchday you agree to use it to organise and join recreational games in good faith. Kelnok provides the coordination tools; games are organised by users, and Kelnok is not a party to any game and not a party to any payment between players.
Kelnok is not a payment service and never holds your money. There is no payment gateway in this app. When a game costs something, the organiser publishes their own UPI ID and each player pays that organiser directly — in their own UPI app, or in cash at the ground.
What the app does is bookkeeping: it records the per-player cost, lets a player mark that they have paid, and lets the organiser confirm they received it. Both of those are claims made by users, not verified receipts, and neither moves any money.
Because money goes straight from player to organiser and is never held by us, every refund — including on a cancelled game — is sent by the organiser directly to the player. The app records when a refund becomes due and when the organiser confirms they have sent it, but it cannot issue one, reverse one, or compel one. Refund disputes are between the player and the organiser.
If you organise games you are responsible for what you collect and what you owe: pricing the game honestly, refunding what is due, and meeting any tax or legal obligations that apply to you. Publishing your UPI ID in the app makes it visible to the players who join your game.
Do not misuse the service, spam group threads, or harass other players. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Kelnok Matchday is for players aged 13 and over (or the higher minimum age set where you live). We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Report it from inside the app or to info@kelnok.com; the full rules are in our child safety standards.
